Shelia Scott

Shelia Scott, CPA, currently serves as the Senior Director of Finance at the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists since March 2018. Previously, Shelia worked as a Financial Consultant (Part-time) at Leer Truck Accessory Center from July 2014 to March 2018 and as Finance Manager at the American Cancer Society from December 2005 to October 2012. Additionally, Shelia held short-term FP&A Manager positions at Ciba Vision and Mattress Firm in 2005. Prior experience includes working as Finance Manager - IT at John H. Harland from April 1999 to September 2004 and serving as Controller at HJ Russell & Company from 1993 to 1996. Shelia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Southern University at New Orleans.
