Nicki N. Howard

Nicki N. Howard is an experienced tax attorney currently serving as Assistant General Tax Counsel and previously as Senior Tax Counsel at CSX since December 2010, providing comprehensive federal, state, and local tax law support. Prior experience includes serving as Senior International Tax - Outside Counsel at Mohawk Industries, focusing on international tax structures, and working as a Tax Associate at Alston + Bird LLP, where engagement involved transactional federal and international tax matters. Early career experience includes a tax internship at UPS. Nicki holds a Master of Laws in Tax Law/Taxation and a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
