Manuel Somoza Costa

Manuel Somoza Costa is an experienced professional currently serving as a Functional Tester at CTAG – Centro Tecnológico de Automoción de Galicia since August 2023, focusing on electronic validation and testing. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Collaborator at Universidade de Santiago de Compostela, where Manuel designed and constructed a rapid detection device for Sars-Cov-2 utilizing PCR, nanotechnology, and microfluidics from March 2022 to April 2023. Previous positions include an Assistant Researcher contributing to the publication on lysozyme and benzothiazole interactions, a Laboratory Assistant involved in monitoring winemaking products, and an intern conducting studies on gemini surfactants.
