Cesar Barros

Cesar Barros is the CEO of CTC - Centro de Tecnologia Canavieira, a position held since July 2023, and serves as a Conselheiro do Conselho Superior do Agronegócio - COSAG at Fiesp since February 2024. Previously, Cesar held various leadership roles at Nutrien Soluções Agrícolas from September 2020 to June 2023, including Vice-President of Commercial Operations for Latin America and Director of Clients & Solutions. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager at Agrichem do Brasil S.A. and multiple managerial positions at Bayer Crop Science and Monsanto Company, where responsibilities encompassed sales effectiveness, marketing, technical management, and product strategy. Cesar earned an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Agronomy from Escola Superior de Agricultura "Luiz de Queiroz."
