Eduardo Espinoza

Eduardo Espinoza has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as Assistant General Manager and Director of Engineering at Cucamonga Valley Water District since April 2011. In this role, Eduardo manages the Engineering Department, overseeing the planning and execution of capital improvement projects, master planning for water and sewer systems, and GIS database management. Prior experience includes roles as Design and Construction Manager at the same district, Project Engineer at AECOM, and Staff Engineer at Olivia Chen Consultants Inc. Eduardo began as an Engineering Intern with the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission while studying, transitioning to a full-time engineering position upon graduation. Eduardo holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
