Josh Ghaim

Josh Ghaim, Ph.D. is a seasoned professional in the consumer healthcare industry, currently serving as the Founder of Ignite Venture Studio and CEO of Small World Brands, including Nuria Beauty and Recharge Health, since September 2019. Ghaim also holds a Board Member position at Cue Health, a NASDAQ-listed digital health and diagnostics company, since July 2022. Prior experience includes significant leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson from 2006 to 2019, where Ghaim held various executive positions including Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Global Consumer Healthcare R&D. Earlier career experiences include director roles at Pfizer Consumer Healthcare and Colgate Palmolive Company, managing areas such as global oral care and skincare. Ghaim earned a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1991 and 1996.
