Chris Worel

Chris Worel is currently a board member at Cultivate Leadership Institute. Chris previously worked as the Executive Assistant from November 2019 to August 2020. Prior to that, they were the Director of Marketing Communications at C3 Church from September 2018 to July 2019. Chris has also been an Executive Assistant to Senior Pastor at C3 Church from January 2015 to November 2019. Before their current positions, Chris worked as a barista at Starbucks from August 2012 to June 2014. Chris is passionate about leadership and helping others grow in their careers. Chris is a strong advocate for the Cultivate Leadership Institute and its mission to develop leaders who can make a difference in the world.

Chris Worel has a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Communications from Southeastern University. Chris also has an Associate's degree in Bible/Biblical Studies from Point University and a Certificate in Children's Ministry from Highlands College. Additionally, they have an Associate's in Applied Theology from Logos University.
