Halil ARSLAN is an experienced academic and professional in the field of Computer Engineering, currently serving as a Dr. Öğretim Üyesi at Sivas Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi since May 2009. In addition to their academic role, Halil ARSLAN has been a Solutions Architect at Detaysoft since May 2009. Previously, Halil ARSLAN worked as a Software Developer at Sakarya Üniversitesi from January 2004 to May 2009. Halil ARSLAN holds a Doctorate degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Sakarya University, which was completed between 2008 and 2016.
