Ruchika Sharma possesses extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management, including leadership roles at Cummins India as GM of Manufacturing Functional Excellence and Deputy General Manager in various capacities such as Supply Chain Planning and Corporate Responsibility. Ruchika has also served as Plant Head and Deputy General Manager of Strategic Projects at Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited, and as Sr. Operations Manager at Amazon. Earlier in the career, Ruchika held the position of Senior Engineer in Manufacturing Operations at MAHLE. Ruchika holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Army Institute of Technology, Pune, and completed a Management Education Program in Business Administration and Management at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
