Amin Yousefi

Amin Yousefi is a Fuel Cell Modeling Specialist at Cummins Inc. since August 2023, focusing on the simulation of electrochemical technologies and fluid mechanics for next-generation PEM fuel cell systems. Prior to this, Amin served as a Senior R&D/Application Engineer and Team Lead at Nett Technologies Inc., where responsibilities included project evaluation, proposal preparation, and process documentation for product certification. Amin has significant academic experience, including roles as a Senior Lecturer in thermal science at both the International College of Manitoba and the University of Manitoba. As an Assistant Research Officer at the National Research Council Canada, Amin led a project on ammonia as a carbon-free fuel for heavy-duty transportation. With a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manitoba and a background in computational fluid dynamics, Amin has contributed to several research initiatives and publications throughout a notable career in engineering and academia.
