Ananya Joshi

Ananya Joshi (Dipti Bapat), PMP, has over 13 years of experience at Cummins Inc., currently serving as the ICE Platform Leader. Throughout this tenure, Ananya has held various leadership positions, focusing on process improvement, functional excellence, and product cybersecurity for electronic control products. Notable roles include leading the Embedded Controls Group and managing the development of embedded controls for diesel and natural gas commercial generator systems. Ananya also contributes to the Society of Women Engineers as a Global Ambassador and Local Advisory Board Member. Earlier experience includes a Software Engineer role at KPIT, where development and maintenance of diagnostic software for Cummins engines were primary responsibilities. Ananya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology.
