Ashley Waugh

Ashley Waugh has extensive experience in various roles within the agricultural and mining sectors. Currently serving as a Site Representative at Cummins Inc. since May 2006, Ashley supports mining operations in the western area of NSW. Previous roles include Operations Manager, overseeing daily workshop workflows, and Field Service Technician, responsible for repairing Cummins power tractors, trucks, and mining equipment across the region. Additionally, Ashley has held positions as a Fitter at Hire for Baby Dubbo since June 2010 and Asset Manager at Back o Bourke Fruits from March 2002 to April 2006, where the management of all assets on the fruit farm was undertaken. Earlier experience includes serving as Irrigation Manager at Darling Farms from February 1996 to March 2002, managing a complex irrigation system. Educational background includes training at Tamworth Tafe from 1996 to 1999 and secondary education at Henry Lawson High School from 1991 to 1995.
