Chloe Hopper MCIPD is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in labor relations and strategic people initiatives. Currently serving as the Labour Relations Manager for Cummins Inc. in the UK since July 2023, Chloe manages contract administration, employee relations, and training to support labor relations strategies. Previous roles include Head of HR at Advanced Electric Machines, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing employee relations, diversity and inclusion, health and wellbeing, and talent management.
