Licia Cortiano

Licia Cortiano has extensive experience in human resources and finance, currently serving as HR Director for York & Manning at Cummins Inc. since September 2015, overseeing HR functions for Brazil and the LATAM region. Previous roles at Cummins include HR Senior Manager and HR Manager within the Distribution Business Unit. Prior to Cummins, Licia worked at Nissan do Brasil from March 2007 to August 2015 in various HR supervisory roles, contributing to significant projects such as the startup of a new manufacturing facility and serving as HR Business Partner at the São José dos Pinhais office. Licia began their career in finance at Vivo from February 2000 to October 2006, progressing through roles in accounts payable and billing analysis. Academically, Licia holds multiple MBA degrees, including a Master's in Business Administration from Fundação Dom Cabral and a Master's in Human Resources Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
