Tyler Hird

Tyler Hird currently serves as the CSSNA HSE Southern US Leader at Cummins Inc., a position held since December 2024. Previously, Tyler Hird worked as the Group Health, Safety, Environmental Manager for IQE from November 2020 to November 2024, where responsibilities included managing HSE and sustainability across multiple sites in the US and Asia, significantly enhancing employee engagement and safety visibility. Prior experience includes serving as an Environmental Health and Safety Engineer at Cook Medical, where Tyler Hird developed safety procedures and achieved considerable improvements in safety metrics. Early career roles included positions at CURRY AUTO CENTER, INC. as a Sales and Leasing Consultant and at Momentum Health Services, initially as a Fitness Specialist and later as a Wellness Intern. Tyler Hird holds a Master of Science in Safety Management and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Indiana University Bloomington.
