Nicholas Oldroyd

Nicholas Oldroyd is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the cruise industry. Serving as Operational Senior Executive Chef at Cunard since January 2018, Nicholas oversees culinary operations on iconic vessels such as Queen Mary 2, Queen Victoria, and Queen Elizabeth. Prior to this role, Nicholas has been an Executive Chef for Cunard Cruise Line since September 1999, specifically on Queen Mary 2. With a strong educational background in catering and hospitality from Yorkshire Coast College, including NVQ levels 1, 2, and 3 in Advanced Cooking and Patisserie, Nicholas demonstrates a commitment to excellence in culinary arts.
