Patrick Hughes

Patrick Hughes has extensive experience in the legal and business sectors. Since April 2010, Patrick has served as President of Excel Title Services, overseeing a range of title insurance products in Kentucky and Ohio. In addition, Patrick has been a Partner at Dressman Benzinger LaVelle psc since June 1997, focusing on government relations, regulatory matters, commercial transactions, and administrative law. Previously, Patrick held the position of Chief Deputy Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Kentucky from June 2011 to May 2012, managing daily operations and policy implementation. Other notable roles include serving as Counsel for the Kentucky Finance & Administration Cabinet and a staff member for U.S. Senator Wendell Ford. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from the University of Kentucky and a BBA from the University of Cincinnati.
