Yasmine Phillips

Yasmine Phillips is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in media relations and corporate communications, currently serving as the Deputy Director of Corporate Communications at Curtin University since March 2017. Additionally, Yasmine is actively involved in various community reference groups, including the Healthy Pregnancy Community Reference Group and the Preterm Community Reference Group. Previous roles include Senior Media Adviser at the Department of the Premier and Cabinet of WA, Head of News and Deputy Head of News at News Corp Australia, and Reporter positions at outlets such as the New York Post, The West Australian, Albany Advertiser, and Narrogin Observer. Yasmine holds a Bachelor of Mass Communication in Journalism and Public Relations from Curtin University and graduated from Nagle Catholic College.
