Nimesh Shah

Nimesh Shah is an experienced audit and compliance leader with a strong background in internal audit management across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Internal Audit at Custom Truck One Source since September 2018, Nimesh oversees audit activities at a public company with ties to a Private Equity firm. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Internal Audit at HP, where leadership was provided in implementing SAP HANA, and Director of Audit Services at KBR, Inc., where Nimesh developed risk-based internal audit plans. Previous experience also includes managing compliance and operational audits at Transocean and serving as Audit Manager at Deloitte, focusing on significant audits for large Indian corporations.
