Cheryl Rasmussen

Cheryl Rasmussen is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over three decades, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Customer Engineering Services since October 2011. In this role, Cheryl is responsible for a variety of HR program solutions, including on and off-boarding, employee development, and recruiting, along with policy interpretation and compliance. Prior to this position, Cheryl worked at IBM Corporation for 20 years, where roles included HR Practice Administrator, Senior Administration Analyst, and Executive Secretary, achieving success in enhancing employee relations and managing diverse HR processes.
