This lets you contact them at the right time, like during a re-org or if your buyer is leaving. Additionally, I'll pay attention to your internal chat and CRM then match new developments with customer wishes, so you initiate contact proactively.

5️⃣ I'll be available for you 24/7. Improving your products, marketing, and business strategy starts with knowing what your customers think and feel. I work day and night, weekends and holidays, and I have the benefit of understanding millions of data points in seconds for your benefit.
