As the CEO and Founder of Innovative Growth and Franchise Ventures since 2010, Sue has successfully advised prominent firms such as Norwest Venture Partners as an Operating Partner/Senior Advisor/Investor and served on the boards of Cutbox and Yaso Therapeutics Inc. Previous leadership roles include serving as CEO at Skin Laundry and MiniLuxe, where significant sales growth and operational improvements were achieved. Sue’s career began with roles at Dunkin' Brands and YUM! Brands, contributing to major turnarounds and strategic initiatives. Education includes an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Business Management from USC Marshall School of Business.
