Miles Thomson

Miles Thomson currently serves as the Reward Director at CVC Capital Partners since May 2024. Prior to this role, Miles held various positions at FNZ Group, including Group Head of Reward, where responsibilities encompassed reward strategy implementation, organizational design, and performance management for over 6,000 employees across 25 countries. Additionally, Miles held roles in corporate affairs and strategic incentives, focusing on employee equity programs, shareholder relations, and performance assessments. Earlier experience includes advising clients as a Senior Manager at PwC and tutoring students in economics and mathematics. Miles is a qualified actuary and holds a first-class BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from The University of Manchester.
