Sophia Fan

Sophia Fan is an accomplished investment executive currently working at CVC Capital Partners since January 2023. Prior to this role, Sophia served as an investment banking associate at Morgan Stanley, focusing on the Global Technology Group, and previously held positions within the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Sophia started the career as an M&A advisory analyst at Bernstein Equity Partners, where experience was gained in both analyst and summer analyst roles. Additional experience includes internships at McKinsey & Company in corporate finance and macroeconomic research, as well as an internship at Shanghai Daily. Sophia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Astrophysics, graduating summa cum laude from the University of Chicago, and completed a joint certificate program at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
