Hannah Wilton

Hannah Wilton is a highly experienced clinical pharmacy professional currently serving as the Clinical Director of Pharmacy and Medicines Management at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board since October 2022. Prior to this role, Hannah held the position of Chief Pharmacist at Hywel Dda University Health Board from June 2021 to October 2022 and served as an Associate Course Director at both Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board and Cardiff University from September 2016 to June 2021. Hannah's earlier experience includes leadership roles such as Head of Faculty at the Royal Pharmaceutical Society and various pharmacist positions at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Barts Health NHS Trust. Hannah holds an MBA from Cardiff University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy from the University of Brighton, and an Independent Prescriber qualification from King's College London, complemented by an MPharm degree from Aston University.
