Nigel Downes

Nigel Downes is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Assistant Director of Quality & Safety at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board since April 2023. Previously, Nigel held the position of Interim Deputy Director of Nursing, Quality & Patient Experience at Velindre University NHS Trust from January 2022 to July 2023, and served as Head of Quality & Safety at Swansea Bay University Health Board from April 2020 to January 2022.
