Mareta Cardwell

Mareta Cardwell serves as the Director of Professional Services for APAC at CXC Global since January 2018 and has been a key member of the CXC Global Leadership Team. With a robust background in project management, Mareta has held various leadership roles, including PMO Manager and Senior Project Manager, where responsibility encompassed managing Contractor Management Outsourcing Solutions and client services within Australasia. Previous experience includes managing teams in corporate services and customer service at SMB Salary Packaging, as well as a position in customer relations at Westpac Banking Group NZ. Mareta holds multiple certifications in project management and quality management systems, alongside a diverse educational background in business, insurance, and the arts.
