Isabelle Damour

Isabelle Damour is an experienced executive in retail and training, currently serving as Executive Vice President at CXG since June 2019, where past roles include Vice President - Academy and Managing Director EMEA/USA. Prior to this, Isabelle worked as a freelance Retail Excellence & Training Consultant from January 2018 to May 2019 and held various positions at Lacoste from 2009 to 2017, notably as Retail Academy Director, where significant accomplishments included launching the Retail Academy in over 25 countries and establishing a community of over 90 trainers. Additional roles include Leather Goods Sales Director at MORGAN, License & Retail Director at Kickers, and International Sales Director at Pentland Brands and Caterpillar Footwear, along with experience as Demand Planner at Timberland. Isabelle holds an MBA in Marketing & Finance from Penn State University and a Master of Science in Marketing from SKEMA Business School.
