Randy L. Pence

Randy L. Pence has extensive experience in customer service and content creation. Currently serving as Customer Service Team Lead at cxperts since October 2024, Randy previously held the same role at Radial Inc. from October 2012 to September 2024, where responsibilities included coaching and developing customer service agents while meeting company metrics. Randy also possesses a strong entrepreneurial background as the Founder and Content Creator for Geek World Order, a blog dedicated to various aspects of geek culture, running since July 2010. Randy’s career began with positions as a Customer Service Representative, progressing through Tier 1 and 2 roles, demonstrating a solid foundation in customer relations. Randy holds a BS in Computer Information Science from DeVry University and an AS in Website Design and Administration from Florida Metropolitan University.
