Isaac Shachar

Isaac Shachar is an accomplished professional in the field of cybersecurity, currently serving as a Member and Investor at CCL since December 2023. Shachar has a robust background in cyber defense, holding key positions at Pagaya from December 2021 to December 2024, including Director, Chief Information Security Officer, and Global Head of Cyber Defense. Prior to Pagaya, Shachar served as Vice President of Cyber Defense Innovation at Citi and held various leadership roles at Cybereason, Verint, and Discount Bank. Shachar's educational credentials include a Master of Laws in Public Law from Tel Aviv University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Law and Economics from The College of Management Academic Studies.
