Maria Georgiou

Maria is the Learning and Development Director at PwC Cyprus with responsibility for defining the development strategy, implementing development and upgrade programs, developing mixed and e-learning programs, corporate culture management and conducting management workshops efficiency, as well as the introduction of innovative development methods utilizing modern technologies, in order to achieve the strategic goals of the organization.

Maria is also a member of the consulting team specializing in leadership and managerial development, executive coaching and conducting strategy workshops and culture building. In 25 years of professional experience, Maria has worked with clients in many different fields such as public sector, retail, banking, tourism and technology companies. He has also undertaken projects in countries outside Cyprus, including Greece, the United Arab Emirates, Germany, the Netherlands, and Japan. He is an Executive Coach (EMCC Accredited), with certifications in the management of various psychometric tests.
