Simon Heine

Simon Heine currently serves as the Managing Director at CYMOTIVE Technologies since August 2024. Previously, Simon held various leadership roles within IAV Automotive Engineering, Inc. from January 2012 to August 2024, including Executive Vice President of Global Operations, where responsibilities included leading international operations across multiple countries and implementing a group-wide internationalization strategy. Simon also served as a Member of the Board of Directors and President of IAV Poland, as well as Supervisor of IAV China. Prior to IAV, Simon's experience includes positions at Bosch and Continental, focusing on chassis systems. Simon holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Leadership & Organizations from the German Graduate School of Management and Law and a Dipl.-Ing. in Vehicle Engineering from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences.
