Govanni Macias is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in customer success engineering, technical account management, and cyber security. Currently serving as a Customer Success Engineer at Cymulate since July 2023, Govanni has previously held key roles at Sumo Logic, Proficio, and Trustwave, where responsibilities included technical advisory and security engineering. With foundational experience as a Lead Cyber Security Engineer, Govanni has demonstrated expertise in event monitoring and the analysis of various security tools. Additionally, experience as a lead instructor at UEI College highlights Govanni’s dedication to education and student success. Academic qualifications include dual Bachelor's degrees in Computer Systems Networking and Cyber Security from Coleman University, complemented by an Associate of Science degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.
