Giovanni Frizzo

Giovanni Frizzo is a professional with extensive experience in customer success and photography. Currently serving as a Customer Success Specialist at Cyncly and Promob since May 2022, Giovanni has developed expertise in online customer support and system implementation. Previous roles include Customer Service Consultant at Cake ERP, where responsibilities involved online support and ticket resolution, and Purchasing Intern at Braslux, focused on procurement and supplier negotiations.
