Mark Bateman

Mark Bateman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and training roles. Currently serving as a Product Trainer at Virtual Worlds since March 2023, Mark also has a long-standing position as a Cobblers iFollow Commentator for Northampton Town Football Club since July 2007, where responsibilities include providing commentary for Cobblers Player and in-ground services for the partially sighted. Previous roles include Customer Support positions at Compusoft Group, Almond Care, and Ensign Advanced Systems Ltd, as well as experience in billing at Ricoh UK and customer support analysis at Phoenix (IT Infrastructure Services). Mark holds a degree from the University of Lincoln, completed in 2007.
