Aashima Johur

Aashima Johur is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Partner in the Markets Practice at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas since March 2020. With a strong focus on advising clients on domestic and international public offerings of equity and debt securities, Aashima also specializes in emerging technologies including blockchain and cryptocurrencies, as well as corporate structuring and general corporate matters. Prior to this role, Aashima gained valuable experience as a Legal and Strategic Consultant, Counsel at Spice Route Legal, and Independent Consultant, providing comprehensive legal advice on corporate and regulatory matters. Aashima began legal career as a Senior Associate at Luthra & Luthra Law Offices, where significant contributions were made to major securities offerings for leading corporates.
