Charles Benge

Charles Benge holds extensive experience in development and project management within the data center and construction industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Development at CyrusOne since January 2021, Charles previously held the position of Director of Pre-Construction & Commissioning. Prior to this role, Charles was Director of Development at QTS Data Centers from November 2018 to January 2021. Additional roles include Director of Mission Critical Services and Director of Electrical Systems at Structure Tone and Sr. Project Manager at The Brandt Companies. Charles's career began at Brandt Engineering as Electrical QAQC Manager and includes a managerial position at Tei-Tech Construction. Charles obtained education from Tarleton State University and graduated from Alief Elsik High School in 1980.
