Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager for the Datacenter Construction Team EMEA at CyrusOne since July 2023, Herman also holds the position of Senior Associate and Country Manager at Rider Levett Bucknall, leading various expansions for global data centers across Europe. As the Founder of WCDC We Create Data Centers, Herman aims to develop top-tier data facilities in the Netherlands. Prior roles include significant positions at Yondr Group and ISG plc, managing large-scale hyperscale data center projects. Herman's extensive background also encompasses project management positions at notable companies such as LeaseWeb, EvoSwitch, and DataXenter, showcasing a strong track record in construction management, client leadership, and technical solutions within the data center realm.
