Karey Padding

Karey Padding, LMSW, currently serves as the Associate Executive Director at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, where leadership is provided to foster a collaborative culture among various stakeholders and to enhance awareness of cystic fibrosis. Previously, Karey was the Executive Director at The Treehouse, focusing on strategic leadership, fundraising, and operational management. Experience includes roles at Aetna as Supervisor of Clinical Health Services, where care management initiatives were developed, and Ascension as Manager of Case Management, overseeing interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient satisfaction. Karey holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work from The University of Kansas and dual Bachelor's degrees in Social Work and Family Studies/Human Services from Kansas State University.
