Barbara Yermen

Barbara Yermen is an experienced Technical Documentation Manager currently at Cytiva since April 2020, where leadership includes managing a diverse team of Technical Writers and overseeing the creation and maintenance of customer-facing user documentation. Barbara has previously held key roles at GE Healthcare as Operations Lead in Technical Documentation, and at PCG Clinical Services AB as a Medical Writer. With a strong background in Technical and Scientific Writing, Barbara has demonstrated expertise in leading teams, process improvement, and managing complex documentation projects across various organizations, including STEMCELL Technologies and Eli Lilly and Company. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Biology and a Master's in Science from the University of Bath, among other advanced degrees.
