Project Management

The Project Management team at D.A. Everett Construction Group oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion. Comprised of roles like Project Executive, Senior Project Engineer, Project Engineer, and Project Manager, the team ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining strong client relationships and adhering to regulatory requirements across North Carolina, South Carolina, and the US Virgin Islands.
