Michele Andreoletti

Michele Andreoletti is a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant at D-ploy GmbH, overseeing the full life cycle of IT recruiting for leading Pharmaceutical clients across the EMEA region since June 2021. Prior to this role, Michele worked as a Recruitment Consultant at NonStop Consulting, specializing in Regulatory Affairs for the Chemical and Cosmetic industries. Michele has also held positions in business development and market research at Modus Operations AB and has experience in human resources and project management through internships and leadership roles in organizations such as AIESEC Brescia. Michele holds a Master's degree in International Business from Università degli Studi di Brescia and has participated in the Erasmus program at Universitatea din Oradea.
