Dave Dozer

Dave Dozer is an experienced land development professional with a robust background in the residential construction industry. Currently serving as the Division Vice President of Land Development at D.R. Horton since June 2020, Dave has demonstrated expertise in managing land development processes, including analyzing land potential, coordinating utilities, and overseeing project schedules. Prior to this role, Dave held positions such as Director of Land Development at PulteGroup and Land Development Manager at NVR, Inc., where responsibilities included site acquisition, feasibility studies, and construction monitoring. As the owner of Dozer Development from 1995 to 2012, Dave founded and managed a successful land development company, overseeing projects with budgets ranging from $400,000 to $2,800,000 and developing approximately 1,000 acres in central Ohio.
