Hrishikesh Ramani

Hrishikesh Ramani possesses extensive experience in manufacturing leadership across renowned companies. Currently serving as Head of Manufacturing at Dabur India Limited since October 2022, Hrishikesh oversees manufacturing units in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Nepal. Prior to this, Hrishikesh held several key roles at Unilever from March 2008 to September 2022, including Site Director and Factory Manager, leading large-scale manufacturing operations for personal care products with substantial teams. Earlier experience includes critical positions at Whirlpool of India, where Hrishikesh contributed as Senior Process Engineer. An academic background in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor's in Production Engineering from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore complements professional expertise.
