Ravikumar Kumar

Ravikumar Kumar has over 15 years of experience in financial and customer service roles, currently serving as Assistant Manager of Credit Control at Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd since October 2010, responsible for preparing monthly ageing reports and ensuring timely customer collections. Prior experience includes leadership at TIME Engineering Berhad as Contact Center Team Lead, and roles at CIMB Bank Berhad and Standard Chartered Bank as a Personal Financial Advisor and Sales Executive, respectively, focusing on promoting financial products and maintaining customer relationships. Ravikumar holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Malaya and a Bachelor’s degree in International Finance from University Malaysia Sabah.
