Inaya Folarin Iman

Inaya Folarin Iman is a seasoned journalist and writer with experience at major publications including Daily Mail and The Telegraph since July 2019. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Civic Future and a Member of the Board of Trustees at the National Portrait Gallery, Inaya also holds the position of Executive Director and Founder of The Equiano Project since July 2020. Previously, Inaya worked as a Television Presenter and Journalist at GB News and as the Founding Project Director for Free Speech Champions. Inaya has held board positions at The Free Speech Union and Index on Censorship. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Arabic and International Relations from the University of Leeds and language certifications from Olé Spanish Language School and the Arabic Language Centre in Fes. Educational background also includes an International Baccalaureate from Tonbridge Grammar School.
