Mr. Santosh Desai is the MD and CEO of Future Brands Ltd., a brand and consumer consultancy company. Previously, he was the President of McCann-Erickson, one of India’s premier advertising agencies. A post graduate from IIMA, Mr. Desai’s principal area of interest is examining the evolving nature of consumer culture in India. He is currently on the boards of Future Consumer Products Limited.

He has his own weekly column in the Times of India and is the author of the bestseller ‘Mother Pious Lady: Making Sense of Everyday India’; a book that examines how the everyday life of middle class India has evolved.
