Gayathry Anil

Gayathry Anil is a Technical Graduate at Dairygold Co-Operative Society Ltd, starting in September 2023, with a strong passion for operational excellence, innovation, and teamwork in technical management and process optimization. Previously, Gayathry served as an EHS Intern at PepsiCo from March to August 2023 and completed a project internship at Plant Lipids Private Limited in early 2022, focusing on the application of rosemary bio-nano composites in food coatings. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Food Business & Innovation from University College Cork, a Master of Technology in Food Safety and Quality Management from SRM University, and a Bachelor of Technology in Food Technology and Processing from T.K.M. Institute of Technology.
