Adrian Martinez is a highly experienced design professional with a robust background in UX and design systems. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Designer at MasterControl since August 2022, Adrian is responsible for building and maintaining the company's design system and establishing a design operations team. Previous roles include Design & Engagement Lead at KeyBank, where Adrian led a design team focused on enhancing commercial offerings, and Product Designer at ForeFlight, specializing in product design for flight planning operations. With a career spanning over two decades, Adrian has also freelanced as a designer, worked as an Assistant Vice President at SitusAMC, and held positions at Gimmal, Colt International, and Universal Weather and Aviation, consistently promoting effective design practices and user experiences across diverse industries.
