Tonya Parris

Tonya Parris, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Dalco-GFT Nonwovens since September 2024. Prior to this role, Tonya held the position of Human Resources Manager at Mermet USA from July 2022 to October 2024 and at ARJOBEX AMERICA, INC from October 2021 to July 2022. Additionally, Tonya has experience in human resources at Rockwell Medical, Inc. and Innovative Fibers, where tenure extended from September 2020 to October 2021 and from November 2009 to September 2020, respectively. Tonya holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate's degree from Spartanburg Community College.
